This will be the first community developed around the biophilia concept. Biophilic design seeks to satisfy our innate need to be connected to nature. Biophilia has been shown to improve air quality by generating oxygen, reduce stress, enhance creativity, improve cognitive function and improve well-being.

With breathtaking, panoramic views of downtown Bellevue and the Cascades, the modern and
elegant six-story building will include a private dining room, wine cave, fitness room with personal care options like massage and acupuncture, swimming pool, beauty salon/barbershop, piano lounge,
bistro/juice bar, and top-floor sky lounge with stunning views. For entertainment, residents can enjoy spending time in the craft room, sports den, and 50-seat theater.
