Arden Courts of Pikesville

The community is always clean and picked up after and organized. The staff is always available, approachable, and accommodating. My husband wasn't able to attend a family event so we asked if we could host a small event in the community and they were very accommodating with that. My daughter also receives weekly updates about his care and has been very happy with that. The care has been good, however, since the Covid-19 pandemic, the staff has had some trouble getting my husband to attend to his hygiene, however they have always been accommodating with things like this in the past since I was mostly the one who was dealt with it. They are always doing something in the community rooms and have games and other activities and decorations available for the residents.

I have been impressed by the cleanliness of the facility and the friendliness of the employees and caregivers. The management and employees are very customer-service oriented.

Our experience with Arden Courts has been a very good one, I've got nothing but good things to say about them! The staff here is friendly and professional, and they've been nothing but tolerant, understanding, and helpful regarding our loved one's care needs.The facility itself is well kept and clean, and the care they provide to their residents is excellent. I highly recommend them.
