We start with our two-bedroom duplexes that include a fully equipped kitchen, spacious living and dining areas, utility room with washer and dryer, two-car garage, patio and storm shelter. You add your own personal design touches and furnishings to make your house your home.

Maintenance, of course, is our responsibility. Pest control, snow removal, lawn care and trash pickup all come standard with your independent living duplex. If you need us to address anything – from fixing a leaky faucet to changing a light bulb – our maintenance staff is there to fix it in a flash.

Filling your days with interesting and enjoyable activities is never a problem. Continue doing all of the things you currently love to do. Or take part in any of the programs and services we offer at Via Christi Village. It’s just a short walk from your duplex.

ASSISTED LIVING
Assisted living is ideal for people who want to continue their independent and engaged lifestyle, but need a little extra support each day. Assistance may include tasks like bathing or getting dressed, medication management, housekeeping, laundry or getting around.

Located in the heart of our community, our 54 tastefully designed apartment suites are close to everything residents love about Via Christi Village. Our dining room, cafe, salon and barbershop, chapel, ice cream parlor, lounges and activity rooms are easily accessible under one roof.

Apartment homes are designed to offer maximum privacy, convenience, comfort, safety, and feature a call system for emergencies. Residents have a choice of four different floorplans. Each apartment features a fully equipped kitchenette and some locations offer a riverside view for you (and your four-legged friend) to enjoy. Outdoor courtyards offer walking paths and seating in a safe, serene environment.
