  • A nice experience

    We had no issues during my husbands stay here and he was happy. I do think they could have provided more activities for the residents and stuck to the schedule that they had out. I found the staff were very helpful, especially the office staff. I would definitely recommend to others looking.

  • Our Experience at Atria Lynbrook

    During the onboarding process, they were great and very cooperative. They seemed very interested in doing the right thing by my loved one. But once he was there, that was not the case. I don't think they were equipped to handle his combativeness. I would have rather had them be upfront and say they couldn't handle him rather than have us move in and then obviously they can't. He was a difficult patient, so it was not all their fault, but they certainly didn't help the situation.

    Our Experience at Atria Lynbrook

    During the onboarding process, they were great and very cooperative. They seemed very interested in doing the right thing by my loved one. But once he was there, that was not the case.
