Blakeford is a local, established, nonprofit, Life Plan Community (CCRC) offering Independent Living, Assisted Living, skilled nursing and physical and occupational rehabilitation. It is the only senior living retirement community in the Nashville area to receive CARF-CCAC accreditation.
