Starting with a case assessment, we create client-specific training, management, follow-up, and an overall quality structure that brings our clients the greatest benefits in personalized care.

We offer the following general services: in-home care, companion care, personal care, respite care, Alzheimer's and dementia care, and hospice supportive care — all personalizable according to clients’ needs. Our staff is available for as few as three hours per week up to 24-hour daily care. As clients' needs often change, we adjust our services accordingly to best accommodate.     They are not reachable in an emergency. They say they have no control over their scheduling or employees, that stuff happens. When you're in a situation where you're depending on someone and they don't show up, that's the last thing you want to hear. I wouldn't consider them very dependable. When they did show up, it was a real crap shoot. Some were good, and some you just couldn't believe the things they did, for instance falling asleep, eating all through the night and leaving food spills everywhere.

  • So far we are experiencing very satisfactory assistance and support. The representative conveys a warm professional manner, was patient in answering questions, was thorough and helpful at the meeting at Laurels. The paperwork was sent promptly, with precise instructions.

  • Sounded like they offered most everything we were looking for but were not able to assist with movement up and down the stairs. This was a primary need and we were disappointed they couldn't provide assistance with this task.
