Finding the right home care provider is an important decision. For the last 10 years, ComForCare Home Care in Wheaton, Illinois has been supporting clients in continuing to live their lives the way they choose, in the comfort of their residences, with the help of our experienced staff.

Whether home is a house or an apartment, or an assisted living, independent living, or residential care facility, we are dedicated to helping everyone we serve lead a dignified, independent lifestyle. We are a premier provider of non-medical, private-duty home care services for people of all ages.

With the aid of our highly trained RNs and caregivers, we are able to provide a fundamentally different service. Starting with our nurse’s case assessment, we are able to create client-specific training, management involvement/follow-up, and a quality assurance structure that will bring our clients the greatest benefit.

Services

Sometimes a small amount of assistance is all it takes to live independently, and it might be more affordable than you think. We offer the following services: in-home care, companion care, personal care, family respite, Alzheimer's and dementia care, and hospice supportive care. Our staff are available for as few as 3 hours per week, and up to 24 hours a day. As clients' needs often change, we adjust our services accordingly to provide the best possible service.     There seems to be some confusion on who is being sent as a caregiver. They need to get to know the caregivers that they have and their strengths and weaknesses. They need some basic training that does not seem to be provided. The owner was open to feedback and tried to accommodate.

  • Good overall.

    Overall, I feel that Comforcare is doing a good job caring for my loved one. [Removed] in their main office has been very responsive so far, and the company itself is very good. We have had two caregivers, and while one was very good, I feel our most current one could use improvement. She is not as responsive or communicative as we would like. I've made suggestions, so I'm hoping they will be taken to heart and things will improve. Overall, I feel the company is good, and we're satisfied with the care my loved one receives.

I've made suggestions, so I'm hoping they will be taken to heart and things will improve. Overall, I feel the company is good, and we're satisfied with the care my loved one receives.

    We have had a good experience with this home care agency. The caregivers that come to the house are always on time and are good companions for mom. They made setting up the service easy and explained everything up front. I would recommend this home care agency.
