Thank you for your interest in The Cottages at Noble Village. We are located in Lilburn, Georgia just across from the recently opened City Hall and Gwinnett Public Library. Our secure gated community features spacious ranch style 2BR/2BA cottages with attached garages. The modern farmhouse style architecture and high-end finishes are sure to please. We are BRAND NEW AND OPENED MARCH 2020.
The Cottages at Noble Village are for sale with a limited number of rentals. Pricing starts at $326K with homeowner’s association dues ranging from $100-200 a month (price not finalized).
All Rentals are $2950.
Within your gated community, you will find the clubhouse, which is the perfect setting for relaxing with friends and staying fit. There you’ll find a fitness center, game room, full kitchen, wet bar, plus our outdoor fire pit. In addition, our focus is to provide all yards free of maintenance.
Right now, the community is almost complete with Phase 1; therefore, we have cottages available for immediate move in.
