We’re committed to making you feel at home. That is why we take the time to get to know each resident’s needs, interests, and histories. We use this information to create personalized care plans that provide you with the level of care you need, allowing you to remain as independent as possible. Caregivers are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week to provide assistance with daily living activities, such as bathing and dressing. We also offer medication management services as well as ambulatory, diabetic, and incontinence care.

Daily recreational activities, weekly excursions, and social events are available through our Life Enrichment Program. Each unit includes a private bathroom that is equipped with a walk-in shower, grab bars, and other safety features for your benefit. Pet-friendly options are also available for those that would like to bring their favorite four-legged friend along!

HarborChase of Coral Springs is an assisted living facility which offers extended congregate care. In the state of Florida, these terms are defined as follows:

Assisted Living Facility

A facility that provides supervision of the activities of daily living, medications, and other similar services to residents in a homelike environment. These facilities can house one resident to hundreds of residents.

Extended Congregate Care

Under this license, an assisted living facility can provide limited nursing services, supervision to residents with dementia or other cognitive impairments, provide total care for dressing/toileting/grooming, dietary management, and more.

  • Our experience with HarborChase

    I would tell others that the administrative staff was not timely in responding to concerns that we had. They did not respond when she would pull the cord, it could be 20-30 minutes before they would come to check on her. She had been left in her bed sometimes until 1030 in the morning until someone figured out no one had helped her get up. They were also not paying close attention to her taking her medications, until the family started going they were just not taking it seriously. We are still waiting on a refund check from them on the time that she was not there. If your loved one is more independent and needs less assistance, it would probably work out better for them. For the care she needed, it was just not a good fit for us.

  • A good place overall

    The meals and dining service is pretty good, and they do a good job keeping the community clean. Due to the covid restrictions the activities have been kept pretty limited.

    This community was wonderful, and the executive director was absolutely amazing. The activities were great, our loved one was just able to participate in a lot of them, but they did offer a lot of variety. The person who was the activities was excellent and the value was excellent.
