We’re located just a few miles off of the main channel, meaning several attractions are just a short drive away. With our complimentary transportation services, residents can explore local attractions like the Cabrillo Marine Aquarium, the Historic Waterfront District, or even spend a day at the beach!

Community Amenities and Services
Our trained caregivers are available 24/7 for assisted living services. We provide a wide range of medical services, such as diabetic, ambulatory, and incontinence care as well as medication management and massage therapy. For residents who need extra attention, we also assist with daily living activities and coordinate services with outside healthcare providers to help ease your stress.
All residents are provided with regular housekeeping and laundry services. Our professional chef serves tasty and nutritious meals for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Residents are welcome to join others in our restaurant-style dining area or eat in their rooms. And, if you ever need a little snack, our on-site coffee shop is open 24 hours a day!
At Harbor Terrace, we understand that residents still want their independence, which is why we don’t enforce a strict schedule of activities, but instead provide several options for residents to choose from. As well as our off-site trips, we also coordinate on-site activities, such as fitness classes, educational presentations, and even regular dance nights. No matter what your preferences are, we’re confident you’ll find something you love to do here at Harbor Terrace.
Living Arrangements
We offer two floor plan options, with studio and one-bedroom apartments. Each unit includes individually controlled heating and cooling, a wet bar, a refrigerator, and a sink. Wheelchair-accessible units are available as well. We encourage residents to furnish their rooms with their personal belongings to maintain a sense of familiarity in their new space.
Care Types Offered
Harbor Terrace is a residential care facility for the elderly (RCFE), which in the state of California is a housing arrangement for persons 60 years or older where supervision and personal care is provided based on the needs of the residents. These facilities are also known as assisted living facilities and board and care facilities. A residential care facility may provide care for residents with dementia or Alzheimer’s.
