The Short-term/Respite Program and Senior Day and Overnight Program at Grand Villa of Melbourne Senior Living community have been designed with caregivers in mind, enabling them to enjoy vacationing, shopping, handling emergencies or just rejuvenating while a loved one is cared for in a home-like environment. Our Short-term/Respite and Senior Day and Overnight Programs are available 7 days a week, including weekends and holidays. Providing a structured, fun, active day within a home-like atmosphere is always the priority.

Our 24-hour staff is here to provide you with the support you expect and the care you deserve. Our service packages includes medication assistance, prescription ordering, bathing assistance, 3 delicious meals daily, arrangements and transportation for local medical appointments, shopping, banking and activities. We also include apartment housekeeping, daily activities and social programs, complimentary notary and fax services, and much, much more.

  • A river view gem in plain sight.

    They have a very good reputation in the area. It's very clean overall. Sometimes there's a slight smell of urine, but I can understand how that can happen with a senior population. The staff are very friendly, helpful, and willing to cater to the residents' needs. They ask lots of questions and do their own evaluations to determine the needs of your family member. And they're also involved in medical personnel's need to provide information to family members. They will reach out and call with any questions or concerns. There's a pretty busy activities schedule, although nothing outside of the building during Covid. I think it's a wonderful value here. All senior living can be a little expensive, but Grand Villa is better than other ones in the area for what you get.
