Community Services and Amenities
Considerate associates provide a variety of convenient services, including housekeeping, linen, maintenance, and scheduled transportation. The culinary team prepares three delicious, well-balanced meals — served inside the open-concept and bright dining room, which features a large, brick fireplace.
Every month, associates organize a new calendar filled with a variety of recreational, educational, and social events, enabling residents to expand their skills and social circles. Shoot some pool in the billiards lounge, find your new favorite novel in the on-site library, or watch the big Huskers game in the TV room.
Have peace of mind knowing that trained associates are available on-site 24 hours a day, seven days a week to provide emergency response services as needed. Custom-tailored health and personal care services are available through a third-party provider for an additional fee.
Living Arrangements
Brentwood Estates currently offers multiple studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom floor plans for residents to choose from. All apartments include a lovely kitchenette, a wheelchair-accessible bathroom, and a private patio or balcony. Individually controlled heating and air conditioning is available in every unit. Select apartments feature a large walk-in closet as well, providing you with plenty of storage space for all your belongings.
Several utilities — including cable TV — are bundled together for your convenience, so you only have to make one payment every month.
