  • They have been extremely helpful, and always stay in touch with us

    The community is very clean but the hallways are just a little to dark. The staff have been very good to our loved one, and we like how the community is close to our family. The staff are always aware of the problems and are right there to fix it, always on top of everything. They are very particular with their care and only call an ambulance when absolutely needed. They keep our loved one very clean and her room straight and orderly.

    DO NOT PUT YOUR LOVED ONES HERE... My mother-in-law was placed in this facility against my protest.. This place is a joke... ABSOLUTELY NO ACTIVITIES... they watch TV all day.. the staff was good and very limited.. THIS PLACE HAS BED BUGS, in which I have witnessed myself... I strongly believe that the administrator is corrupt and the owners too... I hate to see anyone lose their job, but this place needs to be SHUT DOWN.

ABSOLUTELY NO ACTIVITIES... they watch TV all day.. the staff was good and very limited.. THIS PLACE HAS BED BUGS, in which I have witnessed myself...     The sales pitch was wonderful. However, the reality is not. The day staff did a good job with meals, and cleaning. I asked many question prior to placing my Aunt there and we were assured that all our expectations would be met. As far as activities, there are none, as far as social activities, there are none. As far as fitness activities, there are none, the only live entertainment has been my grandchildren coming and entertaining the residents. There have been no recreational activities, not one planned social or family activity, no educational classes, and no religious observances. I have had issues with bathing and hair washing, I addressed this issue more than once, to no avail. Residents get bathed once a week as per administrator. There is no Nursing and Rehabilitative Care. Think twice before you choose this facility. My recommendation would be to visit several times, especially on the weekends and evenings to observe. All these issues have been addressed with no action.
