    I'm sorry I was so long to respond. Unfortunately, [name removed] had to be hospitalized and is unable to move in at this time. I can only rate the first 3 items as she was never admitted.

  • Clean, furnished rooms

    Daphne [removed], the operator of this home care residence, is an extremely sweet woman and I could tell she would be very good and patient when working with the elderly. She has been taking care of the elderly since 1975. The house was clean and the residents seemed happy. The rooms are already furnished, which is a nice benefit. We did give her place a try in a semi-private room, but it didn't work out for my step-father who is at the beginning stages of dementia and insists he can walk anywhere on his own (but gets lost). He was only there for a day before we had to bring him back home.
