Our colonial-style home is nestled in a wooded area, providing a green respite from the world. We have close highway access and are near various community amenities like restaurants, shops, and parks.

Community Amenities and Services

We know that the needs of our residents are unique, which is why we work with you, your loved ones, and your doctors to create a personalized care plan. Our community specializes in providing memory care, diabetic care, incontinence care, and medication management. Additionally, we have a variety of therapists and nurses available to help ensure you are receiving the highest quality of care.

Residents enjoy three chef-inspired meals per day in our elegant community dining room, where staff are happy to make dietary accommodations as necessary. In between meals, residents can stay active by participating in our packed monthly activity calendar with both on- and off-site community events. Residents can also forgo the community events and just enjoy our many amenities such as activity room, outside patio, library, TV room, tastefully decorated lounges, and more!

Living Arrangements

Our community offers studio, one-bedroom, two-bedrooms, and semi-private apartments. Our spacious floor plans feature kitchenettes, satellite TV, air conditioning, WiFi, and are wheelchair accessible. Ground floor units are also available.

Care Types Offered

McFarland Villa Assisted Living is a community based residential facility (CBRF), which in the state of Wisconsin is a facility that provides care, treatment, and other services to five or more unrelated adults who need supportive or protective services or supervision. CBRFs are limited to those who do not require care above intermediate nursing care or more than three hours of nursing care per week. CBRFs are categorized by size, the resident's ability to evacuate, and disability/condition or status.

  • Warm Atmosphere

    My aunt is living at this community and is adapting very well, they make her feel very comfortable and know her by name. i have notice the community is clean and well organized. The staff are very welcoming when I visit and they keep in mind my aunt likes being independent so they understand her boundaries very well. The community also placed monthly activities calendar in the her room, she has not participated yet but hope she will soon. She enjoys her meals with her friends in the dining room. I would recommend this place because of the warming atmosphere.

    Warm Atmosphere

    Getting a referral to this beautiful residence was just what we had hoped for due to kind, clean, professional staff and totally understanding and helping me, the daughter, understand some of the changes and adjustments this major change in life involves. First time for me and for my Mother who unfortunately couldn't live on her own anymore. She is within minutes of me so I can walk to see her. I know she is in good hands. I know it has been hard for her and her behavior this first month she has been there. I knew she had some dementia but I now know what anesthesia can do to someone at 89 having surgery and I think more people should be educated about this. All of the staff work so hard and I hope they are rewarded justly...especially if they happen to be understaffed. I am very lucky they so kindly invited my Mother to be part of their family.

    A Home for Mom

    Getting a referral to this beautiful residence was just what we had hoped for due to kind, clean, professional staff and totally understanding and helping me, the daughter, understand some of the changes and adjustments this major change in life involves. First time for me and for my Mother who unfortunately couldn't live on her own anymore. She is within minutes of me so I can walk to see her. I know she is in good hands. I know it has been hard for her and her behavior this first month she has been there.
