Meadow Mills is a purpose-built, memory care community located in Hamden, Connecticut, where we happily house 60 residents in our four lovely neighborhoods.
We proudly curate a home environment, with living spaces and common areas available for all to enjoy. We specialize in offering continuum care to seniors with Alzheimer’s and other forms of dementia and understand the sensitive nature in caring for seniors with cognitive impairments. Here, we work compassionately, professionally, and tirelessly to personalize your care in an effective and holistic manner.

On-campus at Meadow Mills, we maintain a lovely natural setting with relaxing walking paths, communal gazebos, an outdoor patio, and lush gardens where residents plant herbs and vegetables and maintain free-range chickens. With full consideration of the National Alzheimer’s Association, we provide a nutritious and well-rounded dining experience which has awarded us a 2017 Pinnacle Customer Experience Award for outstanding food and dining service.
Our professional healthcare staff are licensed to provide the highest quality of care services for residents, and do so with respect, dignity, and personalization. We create a safe and comfortable environment for all residents by attending to all personal care needs and applying our personal program “Along the Journey” — our person-centered program for residents’ overall and complete wellness.
Living Options
We currently have studio apartments available for prospective residents. All of our units are secured for safe-wandering and equipped with 24-hour emergency call systems to notify staff of any time-sensitive needs. Let us know how we can make you feel complete and at home.
