  • Scary and questionable place

    Very heavy politics, it's "my way or the highway." My input was not important to them. The caregivers were good for the most part, the philosophy was they wouldn't involve the residents and put in her room and forget her except for meals. She had no way to call for help or assistance and she would yell out " help me" and then she would be told not to do that. There wasn't a clear, consistent plan to help and direct new residents to acclimate them. It was a memory care but it felt prison like and very institutional.

Hard to believe it could take so long to replace carpet and paint. Do not feel like the management staff is trained in geriatrics or shows any compassion.

    Not Worth the Money

    Family member of a previous resident and we are not impressed. They have spent the last 6 months painting and without carpet in many areas. No major remodel.
