Shell Harbor Retirement Community (Now Open)

Shell Harbor, the luxurious Resort Lifestyle Community, is currently under construction on Murrell Road in Rockledge. We look forward to opening brand new during the Summer of 2021! Shell Harbor will offer all of the comforts and conveniences of modern-day living that allow you to enjoy your retirement.

We offer a selection of floor plans designed with your comfort in mind. Whether you are looking for a one or two-bedroom apartment, we can accommodate your needs.

Your monthly rent includes all meals and room service through our Freedom Dining Program, weekly housekeeping, valet services, all utilities including cable, internet, and landline phone service and so much more.

You will also be able to enjoy the conveniences of an on-site beauty salon, general store with medication delivery and a part-time bank.

Want to have some fun? Shell Harbor will offer an arcade for the grandchildren (and yes, adults can play too!), a fitness center for your daily exercise, a lounge where you can relax with friends during happy hour and a 150 seat theatre. In addition, there are always activities, card clubs, outings and much more for you to participate in.

One of our favorite features for residents of Shell Harbor will be the opportunity to visit the other Resort Lifestyle Communities through our Resident Travel Program. When you become a resident of Shell Harbor you have the opportunity to travel the country and stay in the Guest Suite of any of our communities and enjoy the amenities and services as you would in your home at Shell Harbor. If you prefer to stay at home in Shell Harbor and have visitors join you, we have a beautiful Guest Suite available for family and friends. For a minimal fee, your loved ones can enjoy the comfort of being close to you while having the privacy of their own space.
