Spring Oak at Toms River is an assisted living community that is located in Toms River, New Jersey. We are located in a tranquil, lovely, exquisite and charming area that our residents adore to be around. When in this area you will quickly see that it's a great place to be around and it is calming to everyone that comes here.

At Spring Oak Assisted Living of Toms River we are extremely proud to say we have some of the best staff possible when it comes to assisted living communities. Our staff is on duty 24 hours a day, seven days a week. They are available to provide personal assistance with medications and a full array of activities. We also offer memory care for residents that suffer from Alzheimer's and dementia.

Along with the able body staff we offer several amenities our residents will love. Included in these amenities are:

  • A good place to go

    He is doing good there and they are very good with him. This community is pretty reasonable cost wise compared to some of the other communities. This is a good community for your loved one and I would recommend it.

  • Our tour experience

    Our family had an in person tour and based on the experience we would not put any friend or family there. The community was dark, dingy and depressing.

Trying times to be sure, but everyone stayed safe -- and we were comforted by the effort the staff put into keeping the residents connected to their families as much as possible. However, during the time before and after the COVID lockdowns, there are many community activities, a number of which include the families. And even during the lockdown, the staff was sure to stay connected to the residents. I don't want to dwell on the pandemic because there is so much else to talk about. For instance, the staff is very proactive and responsive to concerns about the residents' health. The staff sees each resident multiple times per day in Assisted Living. We have also found the team at Spring Oak to be very courteous and caring to the residents and their families, showing genuine concern for the well being of the residents.
