  • They try hard to meet our needs

    They can be really hard to get a hold of by phone. [name removed] connects with me pretty well and responds to my emails and helps me find caregivers needed. they do work hard to find someone for you if you need someone. I like the fact that they send the worker in ahead of time to see if they are a good fit or not.

    The home care service does a great job and the caregivers are very nice and take good care of my loved one. They are open to feedback and I feel better that they are there to help. I would recommend this community to others based on my experience.
