We can assist with a range of short- or long-term care needs and provide residents with assisted living, independent living, and short-term respite services. Whether you’re looking to simplify your life and ditch the chores or need an extra hand with daily living activities, our trained team members are available around the clock.

Our community can be conveniently reached from major roads, such as Route 28 and Route 7. For residents that love to shop in their free time, we’re right across the street from Dulles Town Center. We’re also only minutes from the Loudoun Senior Center and Dulles International Airport. Residents and families find peace of mind knowing we’re near the Inova Loudoun Hospital as well as Capital Caring for any hospice or palliative care services.

Community Amenities and Services

With an abundance of programming and activities that support the minds, bodies, and spirits of residents, they can enjoy lectures and group discussions, creative classes, spiritual activities, and fitness programs. Our dining team provides three, freshly-prepared meals as well as modified diets when needed. We also have snacks available throughout the day.

Through our family engagement app, we regularly send photos and videos to family members as well as the community activities calendar, dining menu, and announcements. We also utilize Sunrise CareConnect, an electronic health record system that easily allows health care provider coordination and individualized care. For those only seeking temporary care, our Road Home program offers 30-day respite stays, which provide access to the same care and services as full-time residents.

Living Arrangements

With both independent living and assisted living services on one campus, we provide a variety of floor plans to meet each resident’s needs. Residents seeking independent living services have the choice of a studio, one-bedroom, or two-bedroom suite. Each suite offers open floor plans, granite countertops, updated appliances, and safety features, including cut-out tubs and grab bars.

Residents seeking assisted living services will live within a comfortable, secure environment and have both studio and companion suite living options. Both independent and assisted living suites include emergency response systems to alert our team members to residents’ urgent needs or concerns. Living a simple, full life has never been easier than at Sunrise at Countryside.

Sunrise at Countryside is an assisted living facility, which in the state of Virginia is a congregate residential setting that provides or coordinates personal and health care services, 24-hour supervision, and assistance for the maintenance or care of four or more residents who are aged, infirm, or disabled, and who are cared for in a primarily residential setting.
