SYNERGY Home Care in Yonkers, New York is a reliable, wholesome in-home care organization providing a high-standard approach to caring for clients. We understand the challenges of finding exceptional in-home care, and we’ve developed dedicated services to assist our clients with conversations on aging, personalized assessments, and supplemental resources, so clients may thoroughly understand the services they may consider.

SYNERGY believes in fostering a trusting relationship between caregivers and clients, which is why before we attend to clients, we sit down with them and their loved ones to assess how we can best provide our services to support their unique needs. Services

As a non-medical in-home care service, we provide care in the comfort of clients’ homes, which is preferred by many over the extensive costs of assisted living communities, and also a preferred consideration for the convenience for aging in a place where clients feel the most comfortable — home. We want to help ensure that residents maintain their sense of security and independence while receiving all the necessary care they require.

We provide personal assistance, which includes all activities of daily living like transfer assistance, incontinence care, bathing and showering assistance, grooming, mobility assistance, etc.. We also offer services assisting with errands, transportation, meal planning and preparation, light housekeeping, companionship, live-in care, and 24-hour care. We make continuous efforts to pay close attention to the ever-changing needs of clients and work every moment to help ensure we approach each individual uniquely — always with comfort and compassion.

    I am very happy with this service . They make periodic calls and any changes they contact me ahead of time. I am always in contact with them and I speak with the staff as well as the admin staff. They are very good with my loved one. Just the simple fact that they get to know us and follow up and check in on us as well as to tell about my loved one it is great.

    Exceptional Service

    I recommend most highly the care provided by Synergy Homecare of Westchester. From May 2016 to November 2019, [name removed] worked with our family to help our legally blind centenarian relative stay in her own home. We are impressed with the professionalism and compassion shown by the owner. The office staff, nurse, and carefully chosen hourly aides were well supervised and guided to provide the care that was needed, from hourly companionship several times a week at first to 24-hour memory care and help with activities of daily living more recently. The aides combined efficiency and loving reassurance as they prepared meals, assisted in walking, accompanied her to doctor's visits, and worked in so many ways to make staying at home possible and pleasant for our loved one.
