Regency Columbia Village

Regency Columbia Village offers assisted living and memory care in a quaint, homelike environment. Our community is located in Southeast Boise in the Columbia Village development close to parks, schools, fitness facilities including an indoor swimming pool that is complimentary to the residents. The community consists of four individual cottages that feature a large living room/TV lounge area with fireplace, dining room, kitchen and bathroom with whirlpool bathtub. Each cottage has 15 studio suites with private bathroom and kitchenettes.

Regency Columbia Village is ideal for residents who need assisted living services, but enjoy a homelike family setting. The goal is that residents are out in the common areas or socializing in the beautiful courtyard and not in their apartments. The Rose cottage is tailored to meet the needs of residents with dementia and have wandering risks. The other cottages have key pad entry and access to a secure fenced courtyard.

Regency Columbia Village offers an affordable option for residents who are on a limited income. Our companion living suites are all inclusive rates that start at 2,205.

Our approach provides the ideal solution for seniors who need some help with daily activities, such as bathing, dressing and medication reminders. We focus on wellness and keeping residents as independent as possible by providing a tailored plan of assistance.
