Welcome to Grand Villa of Delray Beach West Independent Living, Assisted Living and Alzheimer's Residence in Delray Beach, Florida. We are excited to show you all the wonderful features and amenities located on our West Delray Beach senior living campus.

The Grand Villa of Delray Beach West campus offers seniors a full range of retirement lifestyles. Our lifestyle options include a continuum of care to provide peace of mind now, and also in the future should a resident's needs change. Each of the neighborhoods within our community have spacious apartments filled with thoughtful services and generous amenities. In our free standing, 1-story, state of the art Memory Care Neighborhood, we provide services for those residents with memory challenges such as Alzheimer's.

Grand Villa blends a vibrant independent lifestyle with the comfort of knowing you have extra support and care if you need it. Our residents are busy with their Grand Villa friends and neighbors enjoying the many social events and activities we offer.   • Amazing Care for Mom

    Grand Villa West (GVW) is a wonderful place. About 5 years ago dad’s dementia was too difficult to handle. alone Luckily we choose GVW’s Memory Care. Dad passed 3 years ago, but we still have fond memories of his stay. Dad participated in almost every activity & liked singing the best. One of dad’s caregivers was [name removed]. She is a delight and still tells me how much she loved dad. I still can vision her hugging and kissing dad (pre-covid) on many occasions. Mom moved to the assisted living side of GVW when she had a hip injury. Mom is an introvert and was a recent widower. The staff at GVW encouraged mom to meet people and soon mom had card games, lunch buddies & friends to gossip with. My in laws moved to the independent section of GVW. & took advantage of the many social activities offered. Even though my father in law passed, my mother in law appreciates all of the loving support she received from every staff member to ease her transition. GVW has been such an amazing place.

    Getting through COVID together

    I just moved in at the very beginning of the pandemic which was very hard. I appreciate how fast we were able to get the vaccines and it was a very organized process. In a time where things are unsure it gives you good peace of mind.
