Living Arrangements
Retreat to the privacy of your own apartment at the end of a busy day. There are multiple studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom floor plans to choose from. Each apartment is equipped with individually controlled heating and air conditioning. Most units include a kitchenette, while some two-bedroom apartments feature a full-sized kitchen. Large, walk-in closets, kitchen pantries, in-unit washer and dryers, and private patio options are also available in select apartments.
Hawai’i Kai also bundles many utilities — including cable TV — into the monthly rent, making it easier than ever to keep track of your finances.
