123 Home Care makes finding quality and professional home care services, designed just for you, as easy as can be. Our company was started by three professional caregivers licensed by the California Department of Public Health (CDPH) as Certified Nurse Assistants (CNAs) and Home Health Aides (HHAs). Their experience allowed them to design our process thoughtfully, with the needs of the individual client first. You will only pay for the services you use, and even more, our services are available across all care settings. If you only need respite care in a rehabilitation setting, we will be there. In your home setting, a care home, hospital, or hospice, we can be there. And we will always accommodate any transitional setting.
If you’re only looking for light non-medical care to help around the house — or even sitter services within a care home — we have staff just for you. There’s no hourly limit to our services, as we can provide around-the-clock care throughout the entire week.
Let us know what you need, and we’ll build you a customized care plan package. Call us if there is ever a concern, and we’ll accommodate your needs immediately. We are at your service — simple as that.
Personal Care Services
Our personal care services cover every necessary area of you or your loved one’s life, so we can take the weight off wherever we can. Just let us know the services you’re looking for and we will accommodate! We have a long list of services, but let’s start with our meal preparation services — as everyone knows the importance of nutritious and delicious food. Our care staff will not only shop for you, but we’ll prepare the food too! Customize your menu with any dietary needs and preferences, and we’ve got it covered.
Personal care services also include assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) and daily life tasks. Daily life tasks include such things as preparing grocery lists, checking food expiration dates, and organizing of all kinds. We’ll even take care of housekeeping, making sure all floors and surfaces of your home — including kitchens, bathrooms, and bedrooms — are clean and fresh. From laundry and linens to trash duty, we’ll take care of it all so you can live worry-free. We even offer plant and pet care!
If you’re looking for companionship services at home or in a care setting, we are honored to accommodate. Our clients are our partners, and our services are meant to enrich all aspects of their lives. We’ll happily be a friend who partakes in fun and fulfilling activities with you around your home, like reading aloud, games, crafts, puzzles, or just good-ol’ conversation across current social topics. And really, who doesn’t need a friend these days?
Care staff members are ready and able to take you on errands or to and from activities or appointments (both medical and personal). We’ll even help you plan trips or appointments and schedule them as needed. Want to get away, but fed up with all the hassle of long-distance travel plans? We’ll be your travel companion and do all the planning for you. Visiting family or vacationing has never been easier!
Specialized Care Services
Staff at 123 Home Care undergoes several layers of screening before they are qualified to work for our organization. We’ll care for you basically anywhere — your home, a nursing home, an assisted living facility, hospitals, hospices, and any place of transition in between — and you’ll never pay for a service you don’t need. We offer an ever-evolving list of specific medical services, including but not limited to medication reminders, light exercise, and assistance with activities of daily living, such as bathing, grooming, dressing, eating, toileting, wheelchair assistance, incontinence care, and more.
Our staff is trained to patiently care for clients with memory issues, such as Alzheimer’s or other types of dementia. We can also support you if you’re recovering from an injury or need some rehabilitation after a hospital visit. To help enhance the safety of all our clients, we offer a rescue system with an alert button, which notifies a resource center to send help or give you advice in an emergency situation.
We also understand that your care is ever-changing, and we’ll make sure to update you or your family of any suggested changes to your care needs as soon as they arise.
Care Types Offered
123 Home Care is considered a home care provider. Home care, or in-home care, is a service which offers compassion and help to seniors who need assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) and wish to remain in their homes. Levels of care vary according to need, and can include companionship, meal prep, cleaning, transportation, and help with ADLs like bathing and dressing. Home care aides are trained to understand the nuances of senior care but generally aren’t licensed to provide medical services.
