Park Louisville is a personal care community dedicated to enhancing quality of life by enabling residents to continue their daily routines with as much independence as possible. Every detail of the building is designed with the safety, security and personal freedom of residents in mind. Homelike living areas surround a ''main street'' that includes a health center, beauty and barber shop, a community center and an art studio. We welcome our friends to visit our Village Commons where they can become lost in a good book in our library, enjoy a treat in our cafe and browse in our country store. Visual cues throughout the center help residents to stay oriented. Specially trained staff are on-site 24 hours-a-day to meet the personal care needs of each resident.

  • A great place for senior living.

    It's a nice, friendly place. They were great. I would highly recommend it for a family member. I haven't had any issues with the staff. I didn't have a chance to try the food, but it always looked good. All these types of places are expensive, but Charter's cost is about the same as anyplace else.

    A great place for senior living.

    It's a nice, friendly place. They were great. I would highly recommend it for a family member. I haven't had any issues with the staff. I didn't have a chance to try the food, but it always looked good. All these types of places are expensive, but Charter's cost is about the same as anyplace else.

  • Lacking in care

    They still owe me a refund and I have not received it. I took my father to the hospital because he was dehydrated. The staff was friendly but the CNA's did not chart liquid or food intake. My Dad was lost one time in someone elses room. I never saw anyone mop or clean the rooms or bathrooms. Food SUCKED! i am mad that I never received my prorated refund.

    We toured this community and the tour was very good. They answered all of our questions and were very informative. They were very accommodating and the staff was very helpful and friendly.
