Kingswood Place is a gracious assisted living community located in a quiet neighborhood in Surprise, Arizona. We are located just two miles north of Surprise Community Park. Many residents and their families enjoy the park for its many recreational activities as well as close proximity.

Our community provides various medical and health resources for our residents:

    Our caring staff provides quality care in a comfortable homelike environment. We encourage our residents to socialize and we provide sunny comfortable lounges that are perfect for conversations and games. For residents with a creative interest there is an activity room that is stocked with craft supplies and materials.

    Residents can also enjoy our computer room with free Wi-Fi, our cozy library and the on-site beauty salon. Our two enclosed courtyards are perfect for strolls among the trees and relaxing in the shade. Our residents engage in a variety of activities, such as bingo, yoga, card and board games, pet therapy, movies, and socials. Community activities include visiting local restaurants, shopping outings and trips to the casino.

  • I'm Very Happy

    My Mom has been at Kingswood for three months now. It was a very difficult situation with her move, coming from the community where I actually worked to Kingswood. My Mom needed a secure building, which we didn't have, and my first thought was to call [name removed] at Kingswood. She, [name removed], [name removed] and all of the caregivers have been so kind to my Mom. They are right there if I have any questions or if my Mom needs anything. If you are looking for a smaller, homey assisted living where ALL staff jump in to help, you should call Kingswood.

    I would recommend the community to others. My loved one is happy here. The community has lost some housekeepers. Overall it is a really nice place. My loved one seems to enjoy the food. Some of the activities available are bingo, cornhole, happy hour, and more are available for the residents to choose from. There is a lot of activities offered. The best thing about the community is my loved one is having their dog with them.
