For those that prefer a little late-night snack, just ask our culinary team for one of our healthy options that are available 24 hours a day.

Our professional associates are available on-site 24 hours a day, seven days a week to provide personalized assisted living services. Based on your individual interests, needs, and preferences, our caregivers are able to provide personal care, medication management services, and assistance with daily living activities. Fitness classes and tailored therapeutic programs with local therapists are also available to keep you active and mobile.

Spend your evenings in the peace and quiet of your own private apartment. We offer a variety of floor plans, including studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom apartments for residents to choose from. All units include a lovely and convenient kitchenette area as well as a private, wheelchair-accessible bathroom and individually controlled heating and air conditioning. Pet-friendly living options are also available, for those that would love to bring their four-legged companions with them. This is their home, too, after all!

For families in need of short-term and respite stays, we provide flexible accommodations, and guests are entitled to the same amenities, activities, and services as long-term residents. Respite stays are the perfect opportunities for at-home caretakers to relax while giving future residents the chance to truly experience life at The Village at Primacy Place.

Care Types Offered

The Village at Primary Place is an assisted care living facility (ACLF), which in the state of Tennessee is a facility that provides assistance with non-medical activities of daily living, administration of typically self-administered medications, and medical services subject to the limitations of these rules to residents. An assisted care living facility may provide care to residents with dementia or Alzheimer’s.
