Supportive care consists of verbal reminders to complete important personal care tasks, such as bathing. Assistive care includes caregiver observation, plus hands-on assistance when you need it. Comprehensive care provides a maximum amount of hands-on assistance, with caregivers taking responsibility for your personal care. Medication management is always included.

Cedarhurst of Sparta can also offer on-site physical, occupational, and speech therapy should the need arise. The emergency pendant program gives you peace of mind knowing you can reach the 24-hour staff at any time if you need urgent assistance. If your loved one joins this community for memory care, they’ll live in a secure neighborhood within the community where the caregivers receive training from a certified dementia practitioner.

(1) A Place For Mom
  • Memory care

Whenever I go to visit my mother, the facility is clean and residents are engaged with one another. I don’t worry about my mother being by herself, because she always has another resident with her. She is in memory care, and I have seen staff interact with other residents and they are caring in explanations and are very caring.
