How long have you you been in business? When did you open?

An Angel's Touch has been providing Omaha, NE, and surrounding areas with top quality senior care options since 1998, and we are proud to be a part of the local community.

How much experience do you have in senior care?

All of the facilities have staff members who are qualified caregivers and medication aids. Along with availability to RNs, LPN’s and 24 Pharmacists; when needed. Our staff members all have experience working with residents suffering from dementia and are required to maintain continuing education credits related to the disease.

Have you won any awards? Are you certified by any reputable organizations (BBB)?

We have established excellent relationships over the years with several Medical offices and well-known professionals within the Omaha Area.

Are you part of a national chain? What is unique and special about your brand?

Smaller facilities such as ours allow for your loved one to get the necessary one on one care they deserve, during a time that can be strenuous and unknown. Having a staff to resident ratio of 1:4 makes a significant difference with the care provided.?

What is the name of the neighborhood/region in which your community is located?

Located in the middle of Omaha, no more than twenty minutes from downtown or to West Omaha. We are truly in the heart of the city.

What would attract someone to this neighborhood?

We are in proximity to major hospitals or doctors’ offices and are located in neighborhoods that offer a peaceful home environment for residents.

What are some of the things close to your community?

Being located in the middle of Omaha allows us access to everything the city has to offer. Several restaurants, parks, shopping centers, museums; we enjoy being able to all the amenities this wonderful city has.

What nearby cities and neighborhoods do you serve?

We have residents come from all around Omaha. Our mission is to provide all of our residents with the highest quality of care and senior living in Omaha, making sure all of their needs are addressed as quickly and efficiently as possible home.

Describe the design of your campus. What makes it unique?

Unlike a traditional nursing home, our homes accommodate a maximum of 8 beds in each location. Each of our sites has up to date machinery for all possible needs a resident could have.

What are some key features of the property?

Resident bedrooms are designed to be spacious to accommodate the individual's comfort. Every house is made practical and functional so that our residents can feel right at home while getting the care that they need.
