What they purported they would provide for the cost was an excellent value, but what they actually provided was not a good value. If I had the opportunity to put a loved one there again, I would not. I think everybody had good intentions, but I never saw those actualized. The residents and the families of the residents that we talked to raved about them, but my experience is not what I observed other people to be experiencing.

It is a good place to go. They are very clean and friendly here. I have two loved ones in the community. They have had a turnover in cooks and the food isn't that good for my loved ones. Activities include: bingo, games, crafts, movie nights, and more for the residents to participate in.

My brother and I were very impresses with Arbor Palms. [name removed] was accommodating, the phones are always answered promptly and everyone appears to be informed and well oriented. We observed staff working with residents, we received spontaneous feedback from family members who were visiting their loved ones, we observed residents doing independent activities. This was a somewhat spontaneous visit so nothing was staged. [name removed] took as much time as was needed to review options, protocols, procedures, etc and was caring, respectful and amenable to our requests. My brother and I feel that this will be a great environment for my sister-in-law. The daily activities are well thought out, and most importantly, the staff is attentive and appear well oriented to the needs of their residents.
