The spacious and brightly lit floor plans come with amenities, such as kitchenettes with stainless steel appliances, large windows, granite countertops, spacious closets and storage areas, private bathrooms with walk-in showers, and heated flooring. Dogs and cats are welcome in this community. Housekeeping, laundry, and grocery services are also offered.

Community Based Residential Facility (CBRF)

CBRFs are limited to those who do not require care above intermediate nursing care or more than three hours of nursing care per week. CBRFs are categorized by size, the resident's ability to evacuate, and disability/condition or status.
Residential Care Apartment Complex (RCAC)
