Our Services

Ativa Home Care is licensed, bonded, and insured in the state of California. We provide all levels of services, from light assistance, to personal care for residents in their home, facility, or retirement community. We also offer skilled nursing services, such as physical therapy, occupational therapy, wound care, and much more. All of our employees are experienced and have gone through a comprehensive orientation with our company.

Some more about us:

• We have 2 registered nurses that do in-home assessments for our clients and arrive with the caregiver on the day service starts—no caregiver walks in alone to start a case. Caregivers will get a tutorial of the care plan with the nurse, before and during the day of service.
• We have one geriatric manager on staff, who is a licensed clinical social worker (PhD).
• Whenever our clients do not want to leave their home, they can always call our concierge doctor.
• We accept Long Term Care Insurance.
• Ativa Home Care is part of the Alzheimer's Association and CAHSAH.
• We offer home care hospice.
• Our organization works closely with the LGBT community.
