  • My loved one is very happy here and we are happy also. The only thing I am upset about is my loved one was supposed to be weighed daily per the doctors orders after hospitalization and that did not happen. I have also communicated that I want to be informed whenever the doctor sees my loved one and the results of the visit and I have never gotten that. I have suggested my loved one is supposed to have a reduced sodium diet and that is not always followed, but my loved one does love the food. The activities seem to be increasing and they do encourage them to participate. The staff members and the residents here are all very friendly. Overall my loved one loves it here and we would recommend, but just make sure things are followed through on.

    We toured Atria Briarcliff Manor, and it was great. The people were awesome. It was a virtual tour since we were in the midst of Covid, but it was as good as it could be. We went with a different facility just due to the location. It was too far for us.

    Tour of Atria

    Highly recommend!
