Living Arrangements

Prospective residents can choose from our lovely selection of studio and one-bedroom units available. All of our units feature a spacious common area, kitchen or kitchenette, private bath, walk-in closet, and an emergency alert system which can be used to notify our 24-hour staff of any time-sensitive needs. Utilities, apartment maintenance, and housekeeping services are regularly administered, so residents can spend more time doing what makes them happy across every given moment.

Atria Summit Ridge is a residential facility for groups, which in the state of Nevada is an establishment that provides food, shelter, assistance, and limited supervision to a person with an intellectual disability or with a physical disability, or a person who is aged or infirm. The term includes, without limitation, an assisted living facility. Care is provided to 3 or more residents.
