  • This home is older and sits on a one-way street in down town Chandler. The house is enormous. It has a front entrance way with a couple of chairs near the office. Some pertinent info was visible near the front door. From the office, you enter the dining area with several small round tables where the residents dine. This is connected to a large tv room with lots of seating. It was busy inside with 22 residents. The staff are on shifts; 4 caretakers on Shift I, 3 caretakers on Shift II and 1 caretaker on Shift III. Some staff live on the premises. The house has large additions with rooms lined down two long hallways. Each room is private with bed, dresser, closet, bedside table. Residents can bring own tv and a cable box will be supplied by staff. There are two bathrooms, the one down the hallway is large with two toilets and two showers; raised toilet seats and shower seats and handheld shower heads. The great room where the tv is, is a little small but cozy with sofas and recliner for the residents. There are two (2) caretakers 24/7 available. They have a strict protocol regarding medications (locked cabinet). They have a kitchen that serves home-made meals of breakfast, lunch, dinner, and they provide snacks. They do have weekly activities such as Bingo. Visitors welcome every day from 10-6/open other hours with notice. There was a side yard that was spacious with seating under shade and the front is large with a sidewalk for residents to walk or use motorized scooters/wheelchairs. The home holds up to 23 residents.

  • The house sits on a street corner in a nice, newer neighborhood. It does have a front door alarm that sounds when door opened/closed (for wanderers). The inside is warm and welcoming. The emergency plans and other pertinent info was visible near the front door. The bathrooms are decent sized with raised toilet seats and shower seats and handheld shower heads. The bedrooms are private, spacious, nicely decorated with all furniture. The great room where the tv is, is a little small but cozy with sofas and recliner for the residents. There are two (2) caretakers 24/7 available. They do have home health teams tending to residents during the week days. They have a strict plan regarding medications (locked cabinet, daily menu (breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks), menu was on the wall as was an activities calendar. Visitors welcome every day from 10-6/open other hours with notice. The back yard was lovely; gated pool with areas to sit and walk around it. The home holds 5 residents.

  • I walked in no one greeted me. Residents seem board and un attended. Complained about eating cereal every morning and meals not being cooked properly. Also said they only get bathed once a week. Not where I would want my loved one to be.
