Our caregivers and nurses undergo our robust MOSAIC education and training program and are overseen by our on-site RN at all times.

Our spacious common areas are excellent spaces to gather for on-site activities and games. The screened-in patio allows those who enjoy the fresh air to reconnect with nature while remaining safe. Community Amenities and Services

At Azura Assisted Living and Memory Care of Fox Point, we maintain a high caregiver-to-resident ratio, so we can gain a better understanding of your individual needs, interests, and histories. Our experienced team then uses this information to create a customized plan and personally tailored activities to help stimulate your mind. Caregivers are available 24 hours a day to provide assistance with daily living activities and medication management services, as well as diabetic and incontinence care. We also arrange on-site visits from local podiatrists, psychiatrists, physicians, and other specialists to help ensure that your medical and mental health needs are met.

For those with early- to late-stage dementia or Alzheimer’s, our memory care teams are able to help. We recognize that there are good days and bad days when it comes to those with memory loss, which is why we offer personalized management of the behavioral expressions that can be related to sundowning, depression, or anxiety. Amenities like our on-site sensory room and relaxation spa are available to provide sensory therapy, in order to help ease feelings of frustration and irritation.

All residents are invited to participate in the fun recreational, educational, and social activities that are scheduled throughout the day, every day. Events such as live entertainment, religious services, and game nights allow residents to get to know others who share similar interests and create lifelong friendships. Outdoor activities and off-site trips to local restaurants and attractions are also coordinated regularly to help residents connect with the surrounding neighborhood. Living Options

We currently offer four different studio floor plans to choose from. All suites include large windows, giving you an abundance of natural light to enjoy, and are equipped with an RCare Safety System. Rest easy knowing you’ll receive speedy assistance if the need should ever arise. Housekeeping and laundry services are also available on a regular basis, so you can spend less time cleaning your suite and more time with family and friends, here at Azura Assisted Living and Memory Care of Fox Point.
