Our highly-skilled caregivers are available on-site 24 hours a day to provide a vast variety of services, such as incontinence care, diabetic care, and medication management. We also provide assistance with activities of daily living, like bathing, dressing, and grooming. Residents’ behavior and medical needs are monitored daily to ensure that their care plans are kept up-to-date. Local physicians, psychiatrists, podiatrists, and other specialists make regular on-site visits for those who need it. Care Types Offered

Azura Memory Care of Kenosha is a community based residential facility (CBRF), which in the state of Wisconsin is a facility that provides care, treatment, and other services to five or more unrelated adults who need supportive or protective services or supervision. CBRFs are limited to those who do not require care above intermediate nursing care or more than three hours of nursing care per week. CBRFs are categorized by size, the resident's ability to evacuate, and disability/condition or status.
