  • Fantastic place for mom

    We chose Bickford of West Lansing because we thought it was a very nice facility when we went to visit. My moms room is a little on the smaller side. She loves the food, they are chef prepared meals and what I have been told is that they use all fresh produce which is much healthier. The staff members here are very helpful and I would definitely recommend to others.

    The director is very personable and gets to know the residents. Communication is great between the staff and our family. They keep us well informed and return calls back in a timely manner. I would recommend this community to others

    Excellent care in a beautiful, clean facility. Convenient location. Staff is terrific and friendly. Food is tasty and abundant. Security excellent. Residents wear pendants to summon help when needed, and residents who do not need accompanying outdoors can have a fob that will open exterior doors. Activities available. Memory care on a separate floor, so alert residents are grouped together for meals. The only negative comment I can make is that Bickford of West Lansing is among the more expensive options in the area, but rooms/ apartments and common areas are exceptionally spacious and nicely appointed .
