  • Our experience

    We chose Bloom at German Church because they were able to provide a private room under medicaid. The room itself is average size, it could be a little bigger but it is fine. I like that they have the beauty salon amenities on site. They also provide minimal transportation for appointments. I would recommend them to other families.

    Our experience

    We chose Bloom at German Church because they were able to provide a private room under medicaid. The room itself is average size, it could be a little bigger but it is fine. I like that they have the beauty salon amenities on site. They also provide minimal transportation for appointments. I would recommend them to other families.

    The rooms were small and it felt it wouldn't be sufficient for our loved ones.

  • The facility has a wonderful sense of community and stability. The residents are well cared-for, and the staff greets everyone by name. My main concern is that the rooms for the assisted living residents are only 275 square feet. Downsizing and moving are going to be hard for my mom. I think going from a 3-bedroom home to one room would be too drastic for her.
