Secured Assisted Living
Blossom Springs Assisted Living is an active, engaging, vibrant lifestyle with secured access in and out of the community. This heightened level of security gives residents that experience mild cognitive impairments, the opportunity to remain independent to experience an active, engaging lifestyle while remaining safe. Our assisted living programs include fitness classes, wellness programs and healthy meal options.

Memory Care
Our "best in class" memory care was cultivated specifically for residents with mid to late stage memory care. Blossom Springs memory care program includes:

•Active programing with music & art therapy, and secure outdoor paths.
•We offer a tranquility room with multi-sensory stimulation to enhance feelings of comfort and well-being.
•Meal support & feeding techniques inclusive of healthy meals and techniques to promote independent eating.
•Professional trained & caring staff provide structured, meaningful and life enhancing care for each resident.

The single level design of our community incorporates engaging life skill stations throughout, enabling resident to have “purposeful” wandering without becoming overwhelmed. Families can take comfort in knowing that their loved one is in a caring, secured environment.

Personal Care Assistance
Our dedication to providing personalized care and attention translates to a trusting and comfortable environment. In addition to basic services, we offer four levels of enhanced care specific to the needs of our residents that is determined by a health assessment. Our professionally trained staff is available 24 hours a day to provide each resident with the level of care required. Whether it's providing medication management or assistance with getting dressed or walking, our staff is here to help.

Life Enrichment Care
Our life enrichment programs provide effective and intriguing activities that promote independence and dignity within each resident. The combination of social and learning opportunities encourage our residents to explore new interests and remain engaged.

Exceptional Dining by Andiamo
Delectable, delightful, and delicious are only some of the words that can be used to describe the exceptional dining experience. Residents are provided three nutritious gourmet meals inspired by the Andiamo family of restaurants daily, in coordination with registered dietitians.

Located at Silverbell and Adams roads in Oakland Township, Blossom Springs is just a mile from its sister campus, Blossom Ridge, and serves the entire greater Rochester Area, blending breathtaking architecture and stunning landscapes in a convenient Oakland County location.
