Residents enjoy complimentary laundry and housekeeping services, and our culinary team prepares three nutritious meals a day that meet a variety of dietary concerns, making it easy to stay on track with nutritional needs. Restaurant-style meals in the dining room are an option, as is room service, and guests are always welcome to join!

Our diverse roster of activities and events are planned with the unique interests and desires of each resident in mind. Spending an afternoon getting pampered in the beauty salon and barber shop, exploring your creativity in the arts and crafts center, or getting your hands dirty with the gardening club are just some of the ways you can find joy at Bristol Park. We have many indoor and secure outdoor common areas for residents and their four-legged friends to enjoy. We’re a short drive from Fort Worth and often schedule routine outings where residents can explore local attractions and entertainment.

Our team is available 24/7 to assist with a variety of personal care needs, and all members have received specialized memory care training to best serve residents with Alzheimer’s, other types of dementia, and other memory-related diseases. Assistance with daily activities of living (e.g., bathing, grooming, dressing, among others), medication management, and incontinence care are just a few of the services we provide. All assistance is nurse-supervised, and we schedule routine visits with podiatrists and other specialized health professionals to meet residents’ more specific needs. Transportation to and from appointments is also provided.

Living Arrangements

We offer private and semi-private studios, as well as one- and two-bedroom apartments. Semi-private studios provide a Jack-and-Jill style floor plan to maximize privacy while offering residents the comforts of companionship in a shared space. All assisted living apartments include kitchenettes, perfect for keeping your favorite snacks and beverages on hand. Whichever floor plan you choose, we’re sure the warm glow of natural light, cozy neutral walls, and excellent craftsmanship will have you feeling right at home from the moment you walk in.

State Classification

Bristol Park at Cleburne is a Type B assisted living facility. In the state of Texas, these terms are defined as follows:

Assisted Living Facility

A facility that provides personal care services and administration of medication to 4 or more residents. Assisted living facilities can accept residents with dementia and/or Alzheimer’s. There are 3 types of assisted living facilities:

Type A:

A facility that may provide room and board to residents who are physically and mentally capable of evacuating the facility unassisted.

Type B:

A facility that may provide room and board to residents who need assistance evacuating, are incapable of following directions under emergency conditions, require staff attendance during nighttime sleeping hours, and require assistance transferring to and from a wheelchair.

Type C (Adult Foster Care):

Four-bed facilities that meet the minimum standards and rules for enrollment in the Department of Aging and Disability Services’ Adult Foster Care home program. The facility provides supervision and personal care services to residents.
