My first impression of Brookdale was that it is great value for the money, and the location is only minutes away from me. It is a superb facility, the sales lady who we met with on our initial tour was very kind and very sweet. Sometimes it did seem like she was not as familiar with the entire operations of the community, but it was still a really good tour and we still chose Brookdale. Our only complaint we have would be its hot in the common areas. We know the elderly get cold much quicker so i am sure it is to their benefit, but it is a little hot when we go to visit.

  • Maybe a little older facility but clean and kept up. Residents were playing bingo and they also looked clean and cared for. Would consider facility if I can not find something closer to my home. It’s pretty far from my home and it takes even more time going in towards Houston with traffic and all.

  • Highly recommend this facility!

First and foremost the staff members were so friendly, especially the ones who helped get her moved in. And the second thing was it smelled very clean there were no fowl smells, and honestly we can say it was very cheery place. This community was very inviting with fresh flower and felt very homey.
