Their staff needs significant additional training, both administrative and clinical. That's the main thing. My family is all medical professionals, and each time we went there, we witnessed the same staff members in similar positions not doing their role well, in terms of lifting and gate transfer. Those things were not done appropriately, and could have caused more damage than the help they were trying to provide. There was really poor communication around medication, which could cause missed doses and overdosing. No one was on the same page. Communication in general was very poor, between themselves as a team and also with the family. The staff is really nice and well intending. I just think they're not very competent and lacking in training.

  • It is excellent place for memory care

The first time we were able to get inside the community was just a couple of days ago and it was very clean. The staff members there are very good and the lady who runs the memory care unit is just phenomenal. Our loved one is well taken care of, she really enjoys the breakfast and dinner. The activities are good and they have been trying within reason to do things like bingo while distancing, play scrabble, painting classes, puzzles and a lot of activities that has helped our loved one with her memory. We have no complaints and they have done a great job at keeping the covid positive rates down.
