  • Hoping for improvements

We experiencing a lot of problems right now. Most of it is due to the temporary employees that they have hired because of all of the turnover. Her room is not being cleaned, the food is cold, medications are mismanaged, and there are very little activities provided. I am hoping things improve as new staff comes on, but right now things are not going well.

  • Wish I had More Information Before Putting My Loved One Here

I would recommend you not put your loved one here. There has been a lot of staff turnover. It doesn't seem there is a lot training given to the caregivers. In the dining room the residents may wait up to one hour before getting their meals. There is no water set out on the table, when the residents get down to the dining room. Sometimes the food is good and other times it is seriously overcooked.
