At Brookdale Woodward Estates, we offer 10 different floor plans — including studios, deluxe studios, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom apartments. Each unit comes ready to call home with large windows, bathrooms, kitchenettes, and plenty of storage space. If you either don’t want to live alone or wish to save on rent, you can move into a friendship suite and share an apartment with a new friend and fellow resident. You also have the choice of a fully furnished apartment or to bring your own furniture, photos, and other personal belongings. Your small pet is also welcome and will be treated just like a member of the family.

Brookdale Woodward Estates operates an assisted living program. In the state of Maryland, these terms are defined as follows:
A residential- or facility-based program that provides housing and supportive services, supervision, personalized assistance, health-related services, or a combination that meets the needs of residents. An assisted living program may have a special care unit to care for residents with dementia. There are three levels of care that an assisted living program may provide:
Level 1 (low): refers to a resident needing occasional assistance or support in one or more personal care or health
Level 2 (moderate): refers to a resident needing a substantial assistance or support in one or more personal care or health related areas
Level 3 (high): refers to a resident needing extensive and frequent help
