Warning!! To all families looking for care for their family members. This is not a good company!! We used them for 11 months and [names removed] were not truthful about their services. They said they had backup people when the caregivers called off but they didn't. They said they would come to fill in, but they never came out, not once!! Left my elderly FIL with no care many times and my husband had to care for his dad while working his full time job at home. Not to mention, the caregivers would be on personal phone calls or texting, they sat and watched TV versus interacting with my FIL. We paid good money and to receive such poor service was disappointing! We gave them chances after chances to improve, conversations on the phone about our concerns, text messages, but they did not fulfill our requests or needs nor did they fill their obligations. We finally had to cut ties with them. For the safety and well being of your loved ones, I would not recommend this company!!!

They offer the best service they can. They're willing to reach out and look for alternatives, in situation that which may require a different assignment. They were accommodating for in home care, and the provider was understanding, flexible, and tolerant. I appreciate that they hire multilingual caregivers to assist the families.

I had to hire the company to assist my loved one. I kept getting calls about the caregivers being late or left before they were supposed to, and this is important since my loved one couldn't be left alone. We only used this company for four days due to the issues we had with the time management piece. My loved one wasn't supposed to be left alone and they left her alone on several occasions. The company didn't mention to me that since I had to have full-time care I had to pay for two weeks of care. I even told them I would have to see after the weekend what my loved one's doctor would tell me what the next steps were for my loved one prior to starting care.
