Chandler Memory Care, located in Bowling Green, Kentucky, has been thoughtfully designed to provide a therapeutic, warm, and welcoming environment with optimum security and safety. Our Memory Care allows a person experiencing memory loss to maintain a level of independence. Our residents will have the safety and security of 24-hour support staff and activity programs designed to promote and maintain a lifestyle that includes fun and companionship as well as supervision and guidance. Respect, Dignity, Independence, and Choice.

Our services are delivered by compassionate, caring, and skilled individuals. To ensure an accurate evaluation of the assistance needed, we use an in-depth, computer driven assessment tool; along with input from the resident and family, to develop a personalized service plan. Once the initial assessment is complete, we will generate a service plan; create individual schedules to provide better delivery of services; and provide a method of accountability.

We recognize the foundation of a healthy lifestyle must begin with delicious, well balanced and nutritious meals. Our menus represent a combination of our resident's preferences, our skilled dietary staff and a few pleasant surprises. Our residents enjoy wonderful home cooked meals in a comfortable, inviting dining room and of course, guest are always welcome.We offer: Dementia Friendly Menus, Dining Assistance and Consistent Seating to Promote Familiarity and Socialization

Our Life Enrichment Center uses a variety of engaging activities to entertain and keep our residents engaged in life mentally, physically, and socially. We work closely with families to learn about treasured memories and past experiences. Together, we develop a unique program that embraces their current abilities, promotes confidence and builds self-esteem.

We offer assisted living floor plans for both single residents and those with a companion. We strive to create an environment that is both comfortable and familiar to those who live with us.

  • So far so good

    My wife is doing pretty good at this community. The staff were helpful in getting her adjusted to living at this community, however I think they could use some more staff. There are not a lot of activities. She does not really like the food. They do offer a daily exercise class. The community is clean and I would recommend it.

  • Very Bad Experience

    My mother did not have a good experience at Chandler Memory Care. She received little attention and was not taken care of very well. She was not watched. Most of her clothes were [Removed]. There were very few activities besides watching tv. There were a few good workers. Most of the workers spent a lot of their time in the office talking. They did not have a nurse on duty the majority of the time. All in all it was a horrible experience for my mother, and her mental state went very far downhill while she was there. The facility is beautiful, but the care she received was very inadequate.
