Cedar Creek

Cedar Creek is particularly well-suited to mobile, active, social residents. However we pride ourselves on providing care to our residents throughout their journey. Our one-of a kind activity program helps our residents stay engaged in the day at any stage of their process, boasting several activities simultaneously. Located on an acre of land, our residents are able to safely enjoy our outdoor spaces and garden paths whenever they please, weather permitting. We offer fifteen minute checks on our residents if they need it. Because we have dedicated care, medical and activity staffing as well as full time laundry, housekeeping and kitchen staff, all of whom have dedicated memory care training and a proven history of skill with this unique population, our residents receive caring, individualized, educated attention in every aspect of their lives.
